Zillow Mortgage Marketplace reports Florida mortgage rates for 30-year fixed-rate mortgages dropped 1 basis points from 4.82% to 4.81% on Wednesday. State mortgage rates ranged from the lowest rate of 4.71% (CA) to the highest rate of 5.38% (UT). Currently, Florida mortgage rates are 4 basis points higher than the national average of 4.77%.

The Florida mortgage rate on March 10, 2010, is down 2 basis points from last week's average Florida rate of 4.83%.
