Zillow Mortgage Marketplace reports Florida mortgage rates for 30-year fixed-rate mortgages increased 1 basis point from 4.33% to 4.34% on Thursday. State mortgage rates ranged from the lowest rate of 4.25% (HI) to the highest rate of 4.75% (NV). Currently, Florida mortgage rates are 6 basis points lower than the national average of 4.40%.

The Florida mortgage rate on July 29, 2010, is equal to last week's average Florida rate of 4.34%.
