Born in Montgomery County, Maryland, Victoria moved to Florida in 1977. She has been a realtor for thirty years on the the Treasure Coast of Florida, selling and listing real estate. She is one of the few agents that is very knowledgeable and sells real estate property in both Martin and Saint Lucie County, Florida. 

Martin County consists mainly of the City of Stuart, Jensen Beach, Palm City, Hobe Sound and Hutchinson Island.

Saint Lucie County consists of  the Cities of Port St. Lucie, Fort Pierce, Tradition, St. Lucie West ( Home of  The Mets baseball spring training) and Hutchinson Island North.

With over thirty years of experience in selling real estate, Victoria is well versed in all facets of the real estate business including single family residential, condominiums, waterfront property and golf course properties ( Lenny Loyd, her husband, is a successful investment advisor as well as an avid senior amateur golfer in the area, having played in such tournaments as the U.S Mid-Am; British Amateur, British Mid-Am and British Senior Amateur. ) Victoria also specializes in raw land sales, business and commercial real estate as well as 1031 real property exchanges.
